Pricing

How Our Pricing Works

Heavy haul and specialized freight are priced per load, not from a fixed rate card. Two excavators of the same weight can cost very different amounts to move depending on width, route, permits, and access. Rather than publish a number that would not apply to your shipment, we quote each move on its own details — and we tell you what is driving the figure.

Distance and route

Total miles plus any detours forced by bridge limits, low clearances, or restricted roads.

Weight and dimensions

Weight, length, width, and height decide the trailer, the axle configuration, and whether the load is legal or oversize.

Trailer and equipment

Flatbed, step deck, lowboy, or multi-axle. Heavier and taller loads need more specialized equipment.

Permits and escorts

Oversize and overweight permits are issued per jurisdiction, and some dimensions require pilot cars or police escorts.

Loading and access

Crane time, ramps, drive-on loading, and tight or unpaved jobsite access all affect the time a move takes.

Timing

Travel windows, curfews, seasonal road bans, and short-notice or time-critical requirements change what a move costs.

What you get back

Send us the load details and we come back with a written quote for that specific move, the trailer we would put under it, and what we need from you at the loading and delivery sites. If something in the load makes the move impractical, we say so rather than quote around it. For a firm figure, call dispatch at 403-453-6661.
